Flax All Mighty

In India, popularly known Alsi linseed flax and yellow or golden brown jute comes in two types. It's a funny taste. Alsi its high amount of omega-3 and fiber content is known. It's not very appetizing pictures or description of course, but if you want to know, why do you still want to read them! Flax seeds ALA (alpha Lineoleic acid) are rich sources, so you can prove that food is a small miracle.
